Since Feisty, you should have the command-not-found package which give you the correct package:
lionel@ouessant:~$ dos2unix
The program 'dos2unix' is currently not installed. You can install it by typing:
sudo apt-get install tofrodos
-bash: dos2unix: command not found

Same for zsh :)

Since Hardy, tofrodos not found. I have no alternative found. :-/

you can use 'flip' ... sudo apt-get install flip
